  • One 12 " Sub Roll (Deli Roll)
  • 2 ounces Capicola
  • 2 ounces Genoa Salami
  • 2 ounces Pepperoni (Deli sliced)
  • 2 ounces Sliced Provolone Cheese
  • Chopped Lettuce
  • Sliced Tomato
  • Salt, black pepper, to taste
  • Dash f Olive Oil, red wine vinegar
  • Optional Finely sliced White Onion

Directions

  1. Cut Sub Roll Lengthwise, begin building the sandwich, add meats, cheese, lettuce, tomato, seasoning, optional onions, oil and vinegar, S & P. Cut In half and Enjoy!
  2. Serve with chips and pickles, if desired. Yum!
