Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Prepared vegetables
Directions
- Mix ingredients together to create batter. Use pot or possibly skillet to heat oil in. Dip sliced sweet potatoes, sliced green beans, sliced carrots, shredded gobo, or possibly any vegetables you desire into batter and deep fry. Dry on paper napkins to absorb oil. Serve.
