- 4oz (120gr) green chilies, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 6oz (180gr) Taco Sauce
- 1 cup (4oz, 120gr) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 tsp olive oil, plus a bit for the dish
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup (6oz, 180ml) milk
