Ingredients
- 1/2 pound mushrooms (approximately 8)
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 2 tbsp. minced parsley
- 2 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
Directions
- In 2 qt saucepan heat butter, add in mushroom stems, onions, garlic, parsley, and oregano. Cook till onion is tender. Stir in bread crumbs and cheese. Spoon into mushroom caps and broil 30 min.
