  • Sugar – 1 tbsp

  • Milk – 1/4 cup
  • Water – 1/4 cup
  • Melted Butter – 3 tbsp
  • For the Stuffing:
  • Potato, medium – 1
  • Cauliflower – 3-4 florets
  • Mushrooms – 3
  • Onion, small – 1
  • Ginger – 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic – 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds – 1/4 tsp
  • Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp
  • Mint leaves – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Oil – 3 tsp
  • To brush on top:
  • Milk – 2 tbsp
  • Butter – 1 tbsp
  • White sesame seeds – 2-3 tsp (optional)
