I found this recipe in a magazine I was flipping through. I thought It would be a good one to try. Hope you Enjoy!

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine cracker crumbs and butter (set aside 1 tbsp for topping) press the remaining crumb mixture onto the bottom of a greased 8 inch square baking pan.
  2. Bake at 325 degrees for 10-14 minutes or until golden brown
  3. cool on a wire rack
  4. In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in bowling water, stir in strawberries and lemon juice
  5. Refrigerate until partially set (about 1 1 /2 hours)
  6. In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth
  7. Fold in whipped cream
  8. Spread half over cooled crust
  9. Cover and refriegerate remaining cream mixture
  10. Pour gelatin mixture over filling, refrigerate until firm
  11. Top with remaining cream mixture
  12. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture
  13. refregerate over night
  14. garnigh with fresh strawberries if desired,
