  1. After having peeled the potatoes, you must make them slices. Put all the oil in a frying pan, and when warm, add in potatoes with salt and turn them over. Take care not to let oil become too warm. Afterthat take potatoes out and drain them.
  2. Beat Large eggs very strongly and add in them a little salt. Mix with fried potatoes.
  3. Put three oil spoon in a big pan. When warm, pour mixed Large eggs and potatoes and shake the pan a litle. If you see it is detached and brown you can turn it, with care, using a big dish and shaking the pan let the other side become brown too.
  4. You can eat it warm or possibly cool.
