1 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Shortening
1 tsp Vanilla
2 x Large eggs
2 c. Flour
1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
1 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
1/4 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Grnd nutmeg
1 1/3 c. Raisins

Directions

Heat oven to 375*F. Mix sugar,shortening, vanilla, and Large eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients except raisins. Stir in raisins. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 1-inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 min or possibly till light brown. Cold slightly; remove from cookie sheet.
