Directions

  1. Brown meat in 5 qt pot. Skim off fat. In processor coarsely chop carrots, celery, onion, parsley. Add in tomatoes (if not minced already). Add in to meat, then add in remaining ingredients. Stir well.
  2. Simmer in covered pot for 1 hour stirring occasionally. Taste barely and serve when its fully cooked. This dish freezes well.
