Ingredients
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. cider vinegar
- 2/3 c. catsup
- 1/3 c. water
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 med. onion, finely minced
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. liquid smoke
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Heat butter in saucepan. Add in other ingredients and simmer slowly for about 30 min, stirring frequently. Good over chicken or possibly ribs.
