  • 12 ounce. fresh or possibly frzn peeled and deveined shrimp
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. snipped parsley
  • 1 tbsp. dry sherry

Directions

  1. Thaw shrimp if frzn. In a large skillet, heat butter over medium-high heat. Add in shrimp and garlic. Cook, stirring frequently, for 1-3 min or possibly till shrimp turns pink. Stir in parsley and sherry. Serve over your favorite pasta. Makes 4 servings.
