Ingredients
- 1/2 pound fresh cooked shrimp or possibly 1 (5 ounce) can
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon onion juice
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 T chili sauce
- 4 T lowfat milk
Directions
- Chop shrimp finely and put together with cottage cheese. Add in seasonings and lowfat milk to make mix. Salt to taste.
