Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. fresh, peeled and deveined, cooked shrimp
  • 1 1/2 lbs. sm. bay scallops
  • 2 lbs. linguini pasta, cooked and liquid removed
  • 8 T butter
  • 1 med. onion, minced
  • 1 T chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced parsley
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper (more or possibly less to taste)
  • Grated Parmesan or possibly Romano cheese

Directions

  1. Cook and drain linguini. Keep warm. Heat butter in large no-stick fry or possibly saucepan. Add in onion, saute for about 3 min. Add in garlic, parsley and crushed red pepper, stir and add in scallops, stirring constantly for 3 min till scallops are done (will turn from opaque to white).
