  • 1 lb Grnd Round Meat
  • 4 lrg Green Peppers, Cleaned and Cored
  • 1 x (5 ounce.) Can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 x (15 ounce.) Can Spanish Rice
  • 1 lrg Onion, Minced
  • 1/8 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Oregano
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients above, reserving 1/2 can tomato sauce. Stuff the green peppers real full; put in crock pot. Add in rest of tomato sauce to top of the peppers. Cook on high for 4 hrs.
