Ingredients
- 1 pkg. frzn shoepeg corn
- 1 can French style green beans
- 1 sm. onion
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 8 ounce. lowfat sour cream
- 8 ounce. grated cheese
- Buttered cracker crumbs
Directions
- Saute/fry onions and green pepper till soft (saute/fry in butter). Mix all remaining ingredients together in casserole. Top with cracker crumbs. Bake 30 min at 375 degrees.
