- 3 c. orange juice
- 2 tbsp. dry oregano leaves
- 1 tbsp. chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 2 tbsp. coarse grnd pepper
- 1 teaspoon meat tenderizer
Directions
- Marinate meat for kabobs several hrs or possibly overnight. Use excess to baste kabobs while grilling or possibly broiling. Good on all meat and seafood.
