Ingredients
3 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. dry oregano leaves
1 tbsp. chopped garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 c. minced onion
2 tbsp. coarse grnd pepper
1 teaspoon meat tenderizer
Directions
Marinate meat for kabobs several hrs or possibly overnight. Use excess to baste kabobs while grilling or possibly broiling. Good on all meat and seafood.
