Ingredients
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce.) can chicken broth
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame seed oil
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 pound pork tenderloin, well-trimmed
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 1/2 lbs. broccoli, cut into bite-size pcs
- 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
Directions
- In a small mixing bowl combine chicken broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch and green onions; blend well. Cut pork into 1-inch cubes. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add in pork and garlic and stir- fry for 3-4 min or possibly till pork is tender.
- Remove pork; set aside and keep hot. Add in broccoli and chicken broth mix to skillet and simmer for 5 min or possibly till mix thickens. Stir in pork and bell pepper and heat through, stirring constantly. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serves 6.
