- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste

- Directions:
- Place beef strips in the slow cooker.
- Combine oil and all the seasonings, add to the beef.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 5 to 6 hours.
- Add tomatoes and capsicum.
- Cover and cook on low heat for another hour.
