Directions

  1. Heat wok till warm and add in oil. Add in salmon, scallops and shrimp.
  2. Stirfry till shrimp turn bright pink. Remove and hold on hot platter.
  3. In medium bowl mix sauce ingredients together. (everything except scallions and snow peas) Add in sauce mix to warm wok and stir with whisk till thickened. Return seafood to wok. Add in scallions and snow peas.
  4. Heat briefly, until snow peas turn bright green. Serve immediately.
