Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound round steak
  • 1 lg. onion
  • 1 c. minced celery
  • 1/2 c. raw rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can chicken rice soup
  • 1 can water
  • Salt & pepper

Directions

  1. Cut steak into cubes. Brown with onion and celery. Mix everything in a casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hrs.
