  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ cup root beer
  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1-2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste (or vanilla extract)
