Rice And Chicken Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can Cream of Celery soup
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
  • 1 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Worstershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Curry pwdr
  • 1 tsp Dry onion
  • 1/3 stk butter/margarine, melted
  • 1 c. Long grain rice (not instant)
  • 4 x Chicken breasts, skinned and deboned

Directions

  1. Mix soups, spices and butter/margarine. Measure out 1 c. and put aside.
  2. Mix rice in remaining soup and put in oven-proof casserole. Lay chicken on top of rice mix, either cut up or possibly in whole pcs, and cover with the 1 c. of soup mix. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  3. Serves 4.
