Ingredients
- 1 can Chickpeas, liquid removed and rinsed 1 (19-ounce/540 mL)
- 2 x Sweet red peppers, roasted, peeled, seeded, and diced 2
- 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped, or possibly 1 head roasted garlic 2
- 2 ounce Feta cheese, crumbled 60 g
- 1/4 tsp Warm red pepper sauce 1 mL
- 1/2 tsp Pepper 2 mL
- Â Â Salt to taste
Directions
- Place chickpeas in food processor and chop finely (till almost mashed).
- Add in red peppers and garlic. Process on/off till combined but not completely pureed.
- Add in feta cheese, warm pepper sauce and pepper and process on/off till proportionately distributed. Taste and season with salt.
