Ingredients

  • 1 c. Raspberries, fresh or possibly frzn
  • 2 Tbsp. Water
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch
  • 6 tsp Sugar
  •     Sugar substitute =
  •     To 6 ts sugar

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine raspberries and 1 tb of the water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer till the berries start to fall apart. Dissolve the cornstarch in the rest of the water. add in to berries and cook till mix thickens, about 1 minute. Remove from heat. Strain mix and stir in sugar. Serve over any fruit or possibly frzn dietary dessert.
