  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extractIcing:
  • 1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon rum flavored extract
  • 4-5 tablespoons fat free half and half
