Ingredients
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 pkt instant lemon pudding, or possibly -other flavor
- 4 c. flour
- 1 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 tsp baking soda
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter, oil and sugars. Beat in the Large eggs, vanilla and dry pudding mix. Combine the flour, cream of tartar and baking soda; gradually add in to creamed mix. Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto greased baking sheets. Flatten with a glass dipped in sugar. bake at 350 degrees for 12- 15 min or possibly till lightly browned. Remove to wire racks.
