Ingredients
- 2 x avocados, seeded and peeled
- 8 slc each prosciutto and smoked salmon
- Â Â Fresh lemon or possibly lime
Directions
- Cut each avocado into 8 slices. Diagonally wrap each with a prosciutto or possibly salmon slice. Arrange wraps on serving platter, garnish with lemon or possibly lime and serve.
