Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. pork tenderloin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 c. flour
- 3 tbsp. butter
- Juice of one lemon
- 1 c. thin cream
- 2/3 c. sliced mushrooms
Directions
- Slice tenderloin in rounds about 1 inch thick and flatten with a cleaver, rub with salt, pepper and flour. Brown in butter over low heat for 15 min. Add in remaining ingredients and simmer 20 min.
