Pork Spinach Brunch Quiche Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 c. Monterey Jack or possibly Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 pound pork sausage, browned & liquid removed
  • 1 c. stuffing croutons
  • 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn spinach, thawed & well liquid removed
  • 6 Large eggs, beaten
  • 3 c. light cream or possibly lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together, pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 50 to 55 min. Serves 8 to 10.
