Pink Lemonade Angel Cake Recipe

Directions

  1. Place cool water, food coloring and cake fold in mixer bowl. Mix according to package directions; gently mix in lemon extract. Bake, cold and remove cake from pan according to package directions.
  2. Place 1 Tbsp. boiling water, corn syrup, lemon juice and powdered sugar in small mixing bowl; mix till well combined. Add in remaining boiling water, a tsp. at a time, till cake is of desired consistency; tint a delicate pink if you like. Drizzle cake with glaze.
