Ingredients

  • Plain flour- 2 cups
  • Baking powder- 4tsps
  • Baking soda - 1tsp
  • Eggs- 2
  • Oil- 1/2cup
  • Milk-1/4 cup
  • Pineapple essence-1tsp(I used vanilla)
  • Sugar- 1 cup+1tbsp(I used fine white sugar, but you can use soft brown sugar instead)
