Ingredients
- 2 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 2 large Large eggs
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 baked 9 inch pie crusts
Directions
- Cream together powdered sugar and butter on electric mixer. Add in Large eggs, salt and vanilla. Beat till light and fluffy. Spread mix proportionately into baked pie crusts then chill.
