Ingredients
- 2 cans (1 pound each) sliced beets
- 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 2 c. white vinegar
- 1 c. water
- 5 pkg. Sweet & Low
Directions
- Heat all ingredients together and simmer for 1 minute. Pour in deep bowl. Cover. Refrigeratein refrigerator for 24 hrs or possibly longer. Drain. A piece of fresh horseradish will add in to the flavor of the beets if you want to add in it.
