  1. Cook the chickens in boiling water till tenbder, about 25 min. Shred the chicken and set aside. Soak the crustless bread in the lowfat milk in a separate container. Add in the chile pwdr and mix. Place the onion in a skillet with the oil and saute/fry. When the oil comes to a boil, add in the salt, cumin, coriander, and pepper to taste. Cok the mix for a while, then add in the soaked bread, mashed smooth. Next add in the shredded chicken and the grated cheese. Simmer for 20 min, covered, checking to see which the mix does not burn. Then add in the walnuts, stirring to blend them in.
  2. Serve warm, garnished with hard-boiled Large eggs.
