Ingredients
- Prepared unbaked pie shell
- 4 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon almond flavor (optional)
- 2 1/2 c. scalded lowfat milk
Directions
- Blend Large eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla and almond flavor. Gradually stir in scalded lowfat milk. Put in pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 min. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
