Directions

  1. Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add in melted chocolate gradually. Add in Large eggs one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition. Add in vanilla and peppermint.
  2. Sprinkle half the crumbs into 24 small cupcake liners (or possibly in a 11 x 7 inch flat pan). Add in filling. Top with remaining crumbs. Freeze till hard; serve frzn.
