• 2 lb beef steak cut in strips
• 1/4 tsp garlic salt
• 1/2 c. onions minced
• 2 x green peppers cut in strips
• 1 lb tomatoes canned
• 1 x beef boullion cube crushed
• 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
• 1/4 c. water
• 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp salt
