Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup butter, cut into small pieces
  • Cooking spray
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup Agave Necter (or 1 cup light corn syrup)*
  • 1 large egg
  • 4 large egg whites
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
