Directions

  1. Combine Large eggs, lowfat milk and salt in a medium bowl and set aside. Mix peanut butter and honey or possibly syrup spread on 4 slices of bread. Top each with second slice to make a sandwich and cut in half. Heat butter on griddle over warm fire. Dip each sandwich in egg mix and place on griddle or possibly pan. Brown on both sides and serve warm with your favorite syrup or possibly sprinkle sandwiches with confectioners' sugar. NOTE: This is great for Saturday morning when you've had Friday night company.
