Ingredients
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. vanilla pudding and pie mix
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3 tbsp. butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 can (16 ounce.) liquid removed peaches save juice
- 1 pkg. (8 ounce.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 tbsp. pineapple juice
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Grease 10 inch pie tin. Combine first 9 ingredients. Beat 2 min. Pour in pie tin. Place liquid removed peaches on top of batter. Mix cream cheese and next 3 ingredients. Beat 2 min. Pour over peaches. Combine sugar and cinnamon pour on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
