Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325F.Whisk together the Large eggs, sugar, cream, vanilla, rum and flour. Pour 1/2 of the mix into a greased baking dish and bake for 5 min.
  2. Add in the peaches and remaining custard mix and bake till set, about 20 min.
  3. Remember, if you dust the fruit first it will not sink to the bottom.
