Ingredients
- 2 quart strawberries sliced
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 x angel food cake
- 16 ounce cream cheese
- 2Â 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Orange Juice
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 12 ounce cold whip extra creamy
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp almond extract
Directions
- Mix together strawberries and sugar. Set aside. Beat together cream cheese, lowfat sour cream, conf. sugar, OJ, vanilla and almond extract. Mix in cold whip. Set aside. In a glass trifle dish, put a layer of strawberries. Tear cake into pcs, placing some on top of strawberries. Spread some cream cheese mix on top. Place some blueberries on top of which. Repeat layers. Refrigeratetill ready to serve.
