  • 2 Tbsp all-purpose (plain) flour
  • 1 large egg, room temperature
  • 2 large egg yolks, room temperature
  • 115g butter (1/2 cup or 1 stick)) unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
