  • 1 ct Rich's pareve whip
  • 4 x Large eggs (separated)
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla

Directions

  1. It comes from the cookbook "Key to Cooking in Israel" put out by Amit Women.
  2. Beat egg whites, set aside. Beat Rich's Whip, add in egg yolks one at a time Add in Sugar and vanilla Mix in egg whites. Freeze
  3. You can use your imagination and instead of vanilla, add in chocolate, coffee, fruit, etc. It's great with the vanilla and minced candied pecans.
