,%20literally%20means%20Pining4U%20or%20Lovesick%20Cake.%20This%20cake%20is%20actually%20a%20plain%20cake%20but%20the%20texture%20is%20like%20a%20chiffon%20cake,%20cottony,%20light%20and%20soft%20but%20baked%20in%20a%20normal%20cake%20pan.%20I%20was%20very%20much%20inspired%20by%20many%20talented%20bakers%20who%20have%20created%20Ogura%20Cakes%20of%20different%20flavours.%20The%20most%20recent%20ones%20were%20posted%20by%20Jane%20and%20Helena.%20Jane%20made%20the%20cake%20with%20coffee%20flavour%20and%20Helena%20made%20hers%20with%20rose%20water%20and%20cranberry.%20I%20just%20can't%20wait%20to%20jump%20on%20the%20bandwagon%20and%20made%20this%20Orange%20Ogura%20Cake.%20It%20is%20no%20surprise%20that%20this%20cake%20is%20a%20big%20hit,%20I%20just%20fell%20in%20love%20with%20it%20at%20the%20first%20bite.%20Would%20you%20like%20to%20join%20in%20on%20this%20bandwagon%20too?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOrange%20Ogura%20Cake%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMethod:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELine%20baking%20sheet%20at%20the%20bottom%20of%20an%20ungreased%207%20inch%20square%20pan%20and%20preheat%20the%20oven%20to%20160C%20with%20a%20tray%20of%20boiling%20water%20on%20the%20most%20bottom%20rack.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhisk%20egg%20yolks,and%20vegetable%20oil%20until%20frothy%20and%20add%20orange%20juice,%20mix%20well.%20Sift%20in%20flour%20and%20orange%20zest,%20mix%20well%20set%20aside.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EUsing%20an%20electric%20mixer,%20whisk%20egg%20white,%20cream%20of%20tartar%20and%20castor%20sugar%20till%20peak%20form%20(not%20stiff).%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMix%201/3%20of%20meringue%20with%20yolk%20batter%20with%20a%20rubber%20spatula.%20Then%20pour%20in%20balance%20of%20meringue.%20Fold%20gently%20to%20mix%20well.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPour%20batter%20into%20pan%20and%20tap%20pan%20lightly%20to%20remove%20air%20bubbles.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESteam%20bake%20for%2040%20minutes%20at%20160%C2%B0C%20and%20bake%20for%20another%2020%20minutes%20at%20lower%20temperature%20140%C2%B0C.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERemove%20cake%20immediately%20after%20baked%20and%20invert%20cake%20on%20wire%20rack%20to%20cool.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EEnjoy!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
