Ingredients: 1/2 c. Orange juice; 3 Tbsp. Honey; 3 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar; 1 x Onion, thinly sliced; 1 Tbsp. Orange rind, grated; 1/2 tsp Thyme; 6 x Garlic cloves, halved; 1/4 tsp Grnd allspice; 1/4 tsp Grnd ginger; 1 x Bay leaf; 1/2 x Salt; Pepper to taste

Directions

In a shallow ceramic or possibly glass dish combine all of the above ingredients.
Use this marinade for chicken or possibly pork. Set meat into marinate and chill overnight. Can grill or possibly bake the chicken or possibly pork.
Makes about 1Cup.
