  • 1 can Campbell's Condensed 98% Fat-Free Cream
  •     of Mushroom Soup - (10 3/4 ounce)
  • 1 c. water see * Note
  • 3/4 c. uncooked regular white rice
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/8 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 4 x boneless skinless chicken breast halves (abt 1 lb)

Directions

  1. * Note: For creamier rice, increase water to 1 1/3 c..
  2. In 2-qt shallow baking dish mix soup, water, rice, paprika and pepper. Place chicken on rice mix. Sprinkle with additional paprika and pepper. Cover.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 min or possibly till chicken is no longer pink and rice is done.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
