Old Fashioned Sweet Potato Pie Recipe

• 2 1/2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
• 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine
• 1 1/4 c. sugar
• 1 Tbsp. flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp ginger
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/8 tsp cloves
• 2 x Large eggs
• 2 can evaporated lowfat milk
• 2/3 c. lowfat milk
• 2 x (9 inch) unbaked pie shells
