Ingredients
- 1 x Egg
- 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 c. Raisins
- 1 x Minced apple
- 1/2 c. Oil
- 1 c. All purpose flour
- 1 c. Quick oats
- 1/3 c. Sugar
- 3 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
Directions
- Beat egg; stir in remaining ingredients, mixing just sufficient to moisten.
- Pour into 12 greased muffin c. till 3/4 full. Bake at 400 for 15 to 20 min. Serve cold or possibly piping warm with butter.
